I think they are choosing to tell both stories this way, by switching back and forth, so they we do see that they are parallel stories. The lies, the "medicine", the characters even, are parallel stories that happened 300+ years apart. Who we are / were as human beings didn't change, only the setting did.

I’m pretty sure when the AI/overseer said something was done six times before, they were referring to resetting the silo, like they had done 140 years ago in 18. They had also targeted particular individuals in the past. This makes me think of the “crazy lady” (sorry I can’t remember her name) in season 1 they had drugged up like Jules is now. Maybe the rebellion in silo 18 was actually a memory reset, and the rebellion was just the story that was told. Oh, I’m getting so many ideas… see you on discord.

We got more pieces of info but we still got so many questions! My head is spinning 😵‍💫. I do like that reporter, she seems someone who is not afraid to uncover the truth amongst the lies.

I don’t know what to make of the doctor treating Charlotte. On one hand he seems like he’s trying to help? Like he honestly thinks he’s doing something beneficial, but on the other, aren’t our memories and experiences what shape us into the people we are today? Also testing on people who have no choice? Not cool bro. Especially people who are serving their country. Jules not remembering Shirley is heartbreaking! Knox broke it to her gently but ugh it’s so sad. Camping out for 10 days 😭 If these drugs affect (effect? IDFK) her ability to remember things and process new information then she’s just going to forget everything they tell her? Or most of it anyway. Ooof walker, jeez 😅 Is remembering things or being forced to remember things going to have a detrimental effect? Are we going to watch Charlotte’s mind be completely lost to what this dr has done as a foreshadowing to what’s happening to jules? It’s flicking so fast! YES KENNEDY! The AI voice sounds exactly like Daniel to me. Both the voice and the speaking style. The words, however, sound like the doctor. I wouldn't be surprised if it's an amalgamation of the "founders".
