Eh, not so much about leadership qualities. Winterfell is a massive castle and I mean fucking massive, with a fifty foot outer wall and hundred foot inner wall. Anyone with basic strategic understanding could shelter in Winterfell for months, give or take on how much food and supplies they have when they come under siege. I mean, the person who built Winterfell and many other grand structures was Brandon the Builder, a man known for his architectural genius. Also, Tywin didn't just give Arya the food because he cared for her, he is on edge after what he thinks was an attempt on his life and made her be the food tester just in case the assassin poisoned his food. Also, my GOAT Jaime being the mouthy sassy king he is, just like me🤣
