An action-packed chapter with more to come next time...

I did not like the Barty Crouch of the movies... or the books... or maybe the fanfiction, it blurs together after so long. But this Barty Crouch I can like. He's not pleasant, but at least he's serious about stopping the threat and doesn't go insane when his Aurors have technically broken the law in defending themselves.

Well sure Harry plans to ask Amelia to marry him...so long as something or someone else doesn't interrupt it like has tended to happen

Home of the Brave

At some point I'm going to need a story where Harry and Moody are best friends. You can't keep dangling this Moody in front of me and expect that to be enough.

A really great chapter, which was full of action, however from a pure personal preference - someone who's read all your stories - I've kinda gone off the idea of Horcrux absorption. It just makes 'wins' feel less deserving, cause Harry ultimately becomes over powered. He has his innate qualities, potential talent from his mother and father and then is given all the knowledge of like 40 + yr old Voldemort. You can make a valid argument that the death of his parents means that Voldemort's knowledge is the least Harry should get, but I'm always one for adversity and hard work, i.e. HTB, SB and WoaR. Even in FftS, Harry has to choose to learn everything 'Dad Tom' teaches, so the final battle in the Ministry becomes a huge payoff, especially when Harry tells him about how everything he's become is because of Voldemort. To echo my point, this chapter literally showed Harry absolutely kicking Voldemort's ass without as much as a scar. Anyway, thanks you for the chapter and I look forward to the next.

I enjoyed the chapter. The elder Harry playing with Riddle was a mistake and he knows it. Riddle has to be on the back foot with his allies now. They’ve taken too many casualties.

Hadrian v.E.

Yep, Harry handing Greyback to the I.C.W. instead of just killing him the 1st time was definitely a huge mistake. Letting the prospect of having pounds of flesh taken off of him take precedence over neutralising a serious threat was foolish.
