The final phase of the story is upon us...

That was brilliant, loved the chapter but I feel they were too merciful towards a certain deceitful sorry excuse of a person, they should at least have put the fear of god in him and left him with some mementos to remind him never to cross them again.

Good chapter. Though I’m a bit confused about Delacour and Fleur. I thought we were still in the late ‘60’s to early ‘70’s, which means the daughter can’t be Fleur since she was born in 1977. Unless I’m just way off with the current timeline.

This one got me, I wasn't expecting it! Excellent work. I really do enjoy the work you've done in your stories with Gellert, and Webber and that whole side, it makes them seem more real and less mythical in a way. Some one you can relate to in some minor way. Makes for a far more compelling narrative for me.

Either way since last name was Delacour both were thinking that he would inevitably be related to her and by doing him in would not allow Fleur to be born at some time and despite neither Harry being much of a fan of her in their younger years, they would not ruin a family like that.

Ooiii that proper got me that. I was shook when the syringe hit and I thought Jameson was a goner, but the fact that it was HE v2 was kinda cool and allowed the vow to be broken. Anyway, thanks for the chapter and I look forward to the next.

Agreed except that Delacour said that he had a wife and daughter after they renervated him.

My thoughts exactly. Not even conceived yet unless we are up to 1976.

Excellent twist.

Time traveling stories are always interesting in many ways. Delacour could be a brother to the man that is Fleur’s father. In book 7 of Harry Potter his first name is not given as far as I know.

Very nice twist with Evans pretending to be Jameson. Even though the vow has been mentioned so many times, it still hadn't occurred to me "this would be the perfect way to overcome it."

Reading this again, this chapter is a major plot hole. You mentioned earlier in the story that Abernathy was not part of the vow.

Hadrian v.E.

This is a most excellent chapter except for the 2 Harrys leaving Delacour alive. They've killed plenty of people with offsprings before, so why does Delacour get special treatment?

Rhett Sellers

Yep, I was thinking the same thing on reading it initially. Not the first time there has been continuity errors in this story by any means, but this is a major one, directly impacting the central plot.

The author has done a poor job of conveying time to the reader, but we can be no further than 1971, and likely it is 1969. Bellatrix was born in 51, graduated in 68, and she needed 3 years to complete her mastery.
