another good chapter! the suspense of Harry and Minerva’s relationship is killing me

sedition

I can’t wait to see Harry beat down Cassiopeia and get the second hallow. Incredible that the gruesome twosome spent their wonder years and never managed to get a single hallow meanwhile Harry now has two in his sights. I wonder if Harry has the risk of losing them to grindlewald and will have to get the potter cloak from this time at some point or if something else will happen.

Thor

Love your work as allways, but history nerd of mine asks if Harry speeded up the conflict? Deportation of the jews and death camps started from 1941, but we are at 1938.

Lee McCusker (TheBlack'sResurgence)

No, these are classed as labour camps that started in 1933 and onwards. They are different to death camps that were built solely to kill those sent there

Thor

Oh, ok. Well hopefully Harry can stop them this time.

Hii , I'm jew but I just want to say that Harry didn't say that there is a killing of jew just that because they were so week that they die from exhaustion ...and its true yes the death penalty was at 45' but before even the concentration camp they the nazis kill the gay's , the handicap, the week , even before they kill the Jews...

First of all, I love the inter-war stuff - one of the most interesting periods in history. Second, I'm confused as to what level of history knowledge Harry actually has.... in previous chapters he had trouble remembering who Mussolini was and couldn't link Grindelwald's defeat year with that of Nazi Germany's (1945), yet in this chapter he seems to be pretty well acquainted with the situation in Austria and the impending annexation (Anschluss) by Nazi Germany...

Thor

True, but Harry did that the children and the elderly were not present and it was indicated that they were being murdered.

Finally some recognition for 'The Serpent'! One of the best chapters so far with the introduction of Cassiopeia and more about the hollows. The way the story was going, I completely forgot about them, but I'm glad they're back in play. Their reveal is going to be the best! I was excited to see 'Archie' again and Cassiopeia's character as another antagonist was fun to read. Great Chapter!

Shadow Ranger

To be honest this is pretty much in line with what a primary school pupil in Britain during the 80s would have known. When learning about the Second World War we learned very little about Mousilini and Italy's involvement. So not really surprising that Harry has trouble remembering him.

Fair enough - the US education system isn't that great either. I had a history teacher who genuinely thought WW2 started when Pearl Harbor was attacked.

Sunny

I really don't like Cassiopeia. I'm glad she didn't find out and I hope for interactions between Harry, Charlus and Arcturus in the future. The new golden trio taking out Grindelwald's army.
