This was another fun chapter. Harry wanting a business to explain his wealth is a smart move, but trying to make it high end might not be. The more money poured into it, the more has to be charged to make a profit. That’s why some hole in the wall bars do very well with proper management, and why some small town diners stay in business for generations. They don’t have a lot of capital expense to recover. On the other hand, top notch restaurants usually fold within a year. Breakfast is also the most profitable meal of the day and dinner is the least profitable from a cost vs sale standpoint.

Harry's wand work with a person's memory is brilliant and I like how the characters are currently, i.e. everyone is mostly chill with no idea of a potential war brewing. Re Tom, I think he still hasn't come back to the UK at this point, unless he's had his DADA interview. Anyway, thank you for the chapter Mr McCusker and I look forward to the next one.
