That was adorable, little Bellatrix giving Harry a hug. It would be interesting to see how much Harry could change the upcoming war from a distance. Not fighting on the front lines, but changing the attitudes of the students.

I loved this chapter. Amelia and Harry are still circling the idea of a relationship, neither apparently willing or even thinking about bringing it up, though thoughts are nibbling around Amelia’s mind. Dumbledore laying a trail of cheese to get Harry back is so obvious, as is Harry’s willingness the succumb (he’s definitely a lady that protests too much). Seeing Harry interact briefly with both Arthur Weasley and Bellatrix Black is a clear indication that both sides of the purity debate respect him. Harry’s in a unique position that he could nip blood purity in the bud but for reasons the purebloods would respect (to much inbreeding causes weakness and new blood is required to achieve one’s true potential and power, effectively a variant of what Voldemort told Harry in Year One).

Right now rereading written in the stars and still loving it. I would, however appreciate and easier way to access it than scrolling for half a minute for each chapter to the bottom of all your previous post. Any chance you could organise your works into collections. One for each story for easy access? Cheers :)

I think doing the dueling club is a pretty good idea, as it doesn't tie him to the castle as a professor, and it leaves you open to give Harry the opportunity to do Hit wizard assignments. Maybe he even comes across a certain Cassie in exile and the conclusion of that could allow you to bring in Arcturus and Charlus. Anyway, thanks for the chapter Mr McCusker and I look forward to the next one.

Harry is back at Hogwarts where he can even more directly influence events positively–Nice. The Weasel is such a little fucktard. I hope he gets offed. Bellatrix is now, ehat, a 5th year student? I hope you feature her, Narcissa, and Andromeda more prominently and have them become Harry's personal agents at the very least.
