Additions:

Added 8 Directional Wind Currents (NNE, ENE, ESE, SSE, SSW, WSW, WNW, and NNW).

Added 10 Environmental Changes (10 Custom).

Changes:

Adjusted one of the existing environmental change colors to better match its original design.

Bugfixes:

Fixed a bug where an environmental change would be forced at the start of a run even when the Randomizer Cycle was disabled.

Optimizations:

General code optimization.
