Saint of the Sinners - live from the studio

The planets aligned one week in October, and I was able to secure this wonderful bunch to help me record a live version of Saint of the Sinners! Massive thanks to my boys for delivering such a sensitive and emotional rendition; keys - Marc Rapson & Jim Molyneux, guitar - Roo Walker and all lending their voices to the BVs. That was just ... beautiful. Lovely to see four musicians so in sync, swaying and playing such a beautiful song. Lovely arrangement. Knocks the socks off!

I was wondering how you would perform this live without an orchestra! Your voice is at its best and without the driving drumbeat the sense of urgency isn't quite as intense. If you performed this just with piano and a slightly slower tempo it would be very interesting. πŸ’–

This live version in may ways conveys a different feeling than the original video. For me they seems to be more reflection and melancholy in your delivery which I find very compelling.
