All characters depicted in this story are fictional and 18 years of age or older. Everything portrayed is safe, sane, and consensual.
Personal Trainers π get an exclusive multi part story in addition to the regular weekly posts.
Earlier this year, I ran a poll asking Personal Trainers whether youβd prefer the usual one standalone story per month or a longer, extended series. The response was almost a perfect 50β50 split. So I decided to meet you halfway.
Instead of a short one-off or a tightly packed 5β6 part series, Iβm going a little bigger this time. The exclusive February series is βFull Contactβ. It will release in 8 parts from Feb through mid-March.
Part 1 and Part 5 will be available to both Gym Buddies πͺ and Personal Trainers π, while other parts will remain exclusive to Personal Trainers. (Releasing every 4-5 days)

Jonah Pierce was not looking for strength. He was looking for a safer place to live, a quieter walk home, and a way to stop feeling like the smallest person in every room.
Instead, he found an MMA gym with fogged windows and bodies colliding inside. And a fighter who watched him watching.
Kevin McGregor does not flirt. He does not chase. He teaches control, balance, and how not to panic when someone has you pinned to the floor. He believes he is straight. Not defensive about it. Just certain. Renting Jonah his spare room feels practical. Training him feels harmless. Touch is just part of the lesson.
Until it is not.
Sweat becomes familiar. Corrections linger. Silence stretches. Jonah learns how to stay calm under pressure, how to breathe while being held down, how to trust hands that never hesitate. Kevin tells himself it is discipline. Muscle memory. Nothing personal.
But some lessons do not stay on the mat.
CHARACTER INTRODUCTIONS
JONAH PIERCE
26. Thin. Quiet. Observant. An assistant to a wedding planner who spends his days arranging other peopleβs forever while feeling increasingly unsafe in his own body. Jonah reads on the subway, avoids confrontation, and moves through the world carefully. After a frightening moment in his old neighborhood, he starts looking for something simple and practical. A safer place to live. A way to stop freezing when things get close.
He never expects to find both inside an MMA gym.
KEVIN McGREGOR
34. MMA fighter. Trainer. Lean, tattooed, effortlessly intimidating without ever trying to be. Kevin is grounded, confident, and unapologetically physical. He believes he is straight. Not defensive about it. Just certain. He rents out his spare room because it is easy money. He teaches grappling the same way he lives his life. Calm, controlled, and without hesitation.
He does not see Jonah as a temptation. At least not at first.
It starts with instruction. Hand placement. Breathing. Control.
It turns into something quieter and harder to name. Because when bodies learn each other this closely, denial does not always win.
