1 year of StoriesByTroy.12 freaking months.365 days.

Like… what? 🤯

If you had told me a year ago that I’d be sitting here writing this, celebrating a full year of sharing stories with hundreds of you across the world, I probably would’ve laughed and said you were being dramatic.

But here we are.

One year ago, on 10th April 2025, I clicked publish on the very first Patreon post. I had no idea what would happen. I just knew I had a head full of stories. Scenes. Characters. Dialogues. Entire messy little worlds sitting in my notes app and in my mind for years.

And somehow… you guys let me bring them to life.

You allowed me to take ideas that had been sitting quietly in my brain for so long and turn them into something real. Something people actually read, follow, theorize about, and sometimes message me about at completely random hours of the day.

That still blows my mind.

I love reading your comments, your theories about characters, your reactions to twists, the messages where you tell me which scene made you pause for a second or reread a paragraph again. Sometimes you even catch tiny details I didn’t expect anyone to notice.

That kind of interaction is honestly the best part of all of this.

There have been nights where I’ve posted an episode and then spent the next hour refreshing comments just to see what people thought. The excitement, the panic, the “oh god did that cliffhanger work?” feeling. And then someone drops a theory in the comments and suddenly ten other people are debating it.

That kind of energy is something I never expected when I started this.

With every new story, my goal is always the same. I want to give you something different. A new dynamic. A new theme. A new setting. A new kind of tension. Something that feels fresh but still very much like a StoriesByTroy story.

Sometimes that means something soft and emotional. Sometimes it means chaotic and messy. Sometimes it means scenes that even I sit there writing and think… “yeah this is definitely going to cause reactions.”

And judging by the way you guys keep coming back for more… I hope I’m doing something right 😌

This year has honestly been one long experiment in storytelling. Trying new ideas, different character dynamics, different tones. Seeing what resonates with you guys the most. And the fact that so many of you have stuck around through all of it means more than you probably realize.

So to celebrate this anniversary, I wanted to give a little something to each tier.
