Devlog # 20: Meet Vicky! (Patreon)

Hey guys!

I wanna start this one off by saying thank you to everyone who reacted so understandingly to my last post. I consider myself really lucky to have such a supportive community around me and I really don't take that for granted! ❤️

At the same time, I'd like to emphasize that I've also read all the comments expressing worry or mistrust. I completely understand where those feelings are coming from. All I ask for is a fair chance to prove that I'm doing something good here!

Now that I've gotten all of that off my chest, we can finally focus on developing cool games again! One of which is actually getting very close to its first playtest. 👀

As for this devlog, I'd like to introduce you to someone new.

Meet Vicky!

Vicky is your coworker and someone who's already become a pretty important part of your life by the time our story begins. She's bright, caring, positive and genuinely enjoys spending time with you. In fact, calling the two of you "just friends" wouldn't really be accurate anymore.

You and Vicky have recently started dating, slowly getting closer and figuring out whether this could turn into something more serious. And judging by how things are going, the future is looking pretty promising...

Well.

That's before Mira suddenly steps into your life and turns everything upside down.

Especially for you. 😅

How exactly Vicky fits into all of this and how your relationship with her develops once things start getting... complicated? That's something you'll have to find out for yourself. 👀And luckily, some of you won't have to wait much longer. The first playtest for the new game is planned to start next week! 🎉
