"i have everything planned for our future" you've known them for less than a week WHAT DO YOU MEAN 😰 harlequin's last answer is making me wonder if pierrot actually did something that made harlequin have a grudge against him...why would he find him irritating? i am so invested in the lore i look forward to these and all your other posts every week! thank you!

Thanks, Neko, for this AMA ! 🌸 Am I the only one who's stuck on Jester's answer about his dream? It confirms some theories I had in mind. In my opinion, it's just a reflection of what he's been through for who knows how many years. I wouldn't be surprised if he sees our kindness towards Pierrot as manipulation. He cares about his circus and his brothers more than anything. That said, I used to think he was unreachable, but in his answers he clearly shows a desire for revenge. He wants humans to experience the same things he has endured: suffering and humiliation. I am both excited and afraid of his first interaction with MC, because I think we will learn more that.

I used to think of Jester as a businessman whose past is in the past and who now focuses on his family and circus business, but he still carries the pain and shame of his past... Jester has such thoughts towards human, and when we are alone with him, it scares me what he can do.

Maybe this comment doesn't have much to do in the AMA, but it seemed more likely to me that you read it here xd. It's a silly little anecdote that I remembered I wanted to tell when I saw Jester. As I understand the lore, they killed the original circus director because he mistreated them. and every time I remember that I start thinking "oh yeah, so they took all their belongings, money and stuff, and they kept the circus, instead of doing something else with the money." and it reminds me of this scene from Madagascar https://youtu.be/qRzSxIRqSkg?feature=shared

Now im thinking of jester hiding the knives and pierrot getting frustrated with Harlequin only for a situation like that meme to pop up with the mom asking her son what he found that hes running with while the boy excitedly yells "a KNIFE!~" While the moms yelling "nooo!" Only with jester and pierrot. 😅😂

Honestly, after it was revealed which characters are younger and older, it kinda makes sense why Jester is so accustomed to handling Pierrot and Harlequin, seeing as Jester is age wise between the two and serves kind of as some form of middle ground
