Friends, the new workflow with the new model is up and running — let’s go! 🎉

I’ll have a more precise understanding after the Belle animation, but right now it looks like the new model significantly improves the generation success rate, which has been my main issue so far.

For those who don’t remember: the new model extremely often produced body deformations — like extra testicles or extra tits etc. From what I can see now, that problem seems to be largely fixed. This means instead of generating each shot 20 times, I can get good results in about 3–5 tries — almost like with the previous model. And of course, that leads to much faster animation production. There was also an issue with heavy desaturation in the video compared to the input still during rendering, that’s been fixed in the new workflow as well.

In theory, I should also be able to create more diverse scenes, but we’ll really see that in the next animation — and the format will be perfect for it… SPOILER 😁

Also, it looks like the new workflow delivers a sharper, cleaner image overall.
