Hey, friends! 👋

As many of you know, I rent GPU servers to render all my content. I've been living for several years with only 2-4 hours of electricity per day, so rendering everything on my own PC simply isn't an option ⚡

For some reason, since yesterday there has been a massive surge in demand for GPU rentals across pretty much all of these services. On top of that, prices have increased almost 3x in just a single day 📈

But honestly, the price increase isn't even the biggest problem. The main issue is that nearly all GPUs are fully occupied, and I can't find an available one to continue working 😔

I'll do my best to find a solution and keep things moving, but I'm also hoping the service providers will expand capacity and that the situation settles down soon 🙏

New content will still be created, but because of these circumstances beyond my control, the process will naturally take a bit longer than usual

I'm honestly pretty frustrated by this whole situation 😤

I apologize for the inconvenience and hope for your understanding. Thank you all for your support and patience 💜💛

Hello, no problem at all. It is done when it's done. Greetings 😊👋

hello your gens are so good! why can't you just use wan 2.2 during your 4 hours of electricity?

Honeyphoria

Wan 2.2 doesn’t have the ability to generate dialogues or long shots, so that would actually be a step backward in terms of animation quality. But then again, I’m already using open-source AI. Unfortunately, due to Patreon rules, I can’t mention the names of the AI models I use, but considering you know what Wan 2.2 is, it’s not hard to guess which AI I’m using since there are basically only two major open-source options out there 😁 I also have my own PC with an RTX 3090. On the server, I rent RTX 5090s or RTX Pro 6000s, which give me roughly a 3x rendering speed boost. In practice, that means what takes me 3 hours locally can be done in about 1 hour on the server. The thing is, I work on animations for 8-10 hours a day, so unfortunately this doesn’t really solve my problem. For now, I’ll just keep waking up in the morning and refreshing the available GPU page nonstop until I find a free one. Of course, I could simply keep a server running 24/7 and rent a GPU permanently, but with the recent price increases, that would cost me around $1,000 per month, which is insane. I think the situation will be resolved within a couple of days. Until then, I’ll just keep hunting for available GPUs nonstop.
