Fresh Elsa Images Made with Сompletely New Image Model and Quick Update (Patreon)

Friends, I’m a bit tired now so I won’t write a lot — let’s jump straight to the main points:

1. I’m 100% back. The support you dropped under the last post… oh my God. You literally gave me wings and pulled me out of that emotional hole. I burned out and came back from the ashes like a fucking phoenix. I’m fully back, and the goal is simple: raise the bar for this whole industry again and pay you back with animations that will fry your brains.

2. You already know about the new video model I’m switching to. I haven’t tested it myself yet, but I’ve been watching every update and thinking a lot about my new workflow and how to use it. In a way that’s a huge plus for us, because in that time video model got trained even more — so I should be able to drop a strong result from the very first animation on it.

3. About the images in this post. I spent the last two days setting up the workflow and finetuning the completely new image model. These are basically my first renders on it. In other words, this is maybe 40% of what the new image model can actually do. And I’m already losing my mind over the quality. This is only the beginning.

Plan from here: next 2–3 days I’m going deep on the image model and learning how to squeeze max quality out of it. That means a big Elsa image set with all kinds of scenes and formats. After that I jump to the new video model. I already know a lot about it, so that should take 1–2 weeks max. But starting next week, expect the first test video renders from the new image + video models combo.
