Kiru

Dont know if he orchestrated the kargil conflict but General Parvez Musharraf definitely orchestrated a coup, over threw the Nawaz Sharif govt in Pakistan and declared himself head of state under martial law, later in 1999. Most military folk I have talked to, really liked this show.

Nag

Don't give spoilers.

Kiru

That’s not a spoiler. That is history. And not addressed in this show.

Nag

But they don't know this history. They don't know if the Gen. will die or survive. They don't what would happen to PM. And no.. the show addresses martial law and over throw of Nawaz Sharif govt at the end.

SR Kumar

That Pakistan Army chief (General Parvez Musharraf) was the main brain being the Kargil war of 1999. The show very accurately depicts his role in the conflict. The internet is littered with details about him being the main architect/brains behind Pakistan's actions in that war.

Can’t wait for the next one, loved the watchalong!
