Today I bring you a set that is... a little shorter than usual.

Actually, much shorter.

And there are two reasons for that.

🦊 A Little Furry Experiment~ 🦊

The first one is simply that I wanted to keep it short because the reception to my furry sets has been...

Well...

Extremely ambiguous. hehe~

So far, I only have one set really centered around this kind of content, the Link one, and its reception was completely mixed.

Leaning more toward:

"Meh." 💀

I haven't completely discarded the idea, though!

But there will definitely be some changes going forward.

And today's set is another little experiment in that direction.

💀 RENAMON, WHY?! 💀

The second reason is...

Oh my god.

Renamon made me suffer.

Originally, this was supposed to be a much more normal-length set.

But Renamon's design is so incredibly specific that I kept running into problems.

At first, there was something I completely overlooked.

Her muzzle.

I didn't notice it at all during the first attempts, until eventually I looked at one of the images and thought:

"...Something looks weird."

So after comparing it over and over...

Boom.

Her face looked way too human.

Delete everything. Start again. 💀

Then, after getting around 40 images into the new version...

I noticed something else.

The gloves.

And more specifically, those little white paw-like fingers.

Originally, she did have gloves, but the fingers were still human-looking.

And once I noticed it...

Boom.

Delete everything.

Start again.

🧪 Hundreds of Attempts Later... 🧪

I know it probably sounds incredibly exaggerated.

But I'm serious.

It looked really weird.

At first I thought maybe it was just me.

Since I don't know every single detail about certain characters that well, sometimes I look at something and think it feels strange simply because I'm not familiar enough with the design.

So I initially assumed that was the case.

But after comparing everything properly...

Nope.

It really was weird. 💀

So after hundreds and hundreds of tests, mistakes, corrections, edits, and starting over...

I finally managed to get something that looks decent!

It still has some problems, I know.

But at this point, I'm just praying they're at least less uncanny and more acceptable. hehe~

Please be kind to poor Renamon.

Changing the subject for a moment!
