Volumetric Particles (Patreon)

This modification add new volumetric particles like tire smoke, mud getting throw, dusty dirt roads. This modification works on top of the existing emitters a has a very minimal impact on the games performance. The modification should work just plug and play with nothing else needed other than maybe a restart if the modification is placed into the mods folder while list the game is open and running.
