Schedule for SoL-0.10 (Patreon)

Hi,

I intended to release SoL-0.10 on Sep 04-05. But I've just known that I had some business this weekend so I have to delay it. This is our schedule:

Beta: around Sep 07.

Official: around Sep 10.

Thank you.
