About this scene (it started without the MC, he only joins later):

In the beta version, it didn't appear in the Harem routes (both with girl on girl and not). But in the official version, it appeared. It didn't appear in the beta version because according to a previous poll, if the MC isn't there from the start, it must be in the NTR route.
