Content

In the beginning, I made smaller mods like careers, traits, events, traditions and etc.

But lately I have been expanding my modding skills and creating actual systems like the Celebrity System, Royal Family mod and the Travel to menu. What's your thoughts?

Just wanting some feedback. This is not a thread to request mods but your feedback on the mods that I have released lately. Also do you think your membership for my Patreon is worth it or not?

Any feedback is welcome - Comments, Constructive Criticism or anything else. I will be responding in the comments as well once you make a comment!

I haven't gone far enough into Royal mod yet but I'm enjoying it so far :)

Jenafire44

I love what you're doing. The celebrity mod is so much fun. It adds the spice, and realism to the get famous pack. And I use the travel one all the time. It just gives so much more depth to the game. Keep doing what you're doing, because you're doing it well.

Bianca Davis

I thoroughly enjoy the mods that you make! You give a different spin to them. One of my all time favorites is the Celebrity system! Although most of my sims lose the case, I've recently been having one sim who wins almost all her cases! Now I absolutely cannot imagine my game without that mod so I thank you!

Tracie

I haven't played with the Royal Family mod; however, I can say that the Celebrity System and the Travel to menu is used frequently in my game. These have added much more gameplay for me. Thank you for all of your hard work!

Sakura

Hey Kiara! So in my opinion I think the Patreon membership is TOTALLY worth it! You definitely as a modder add in a lot of extra game play interactions and story telling with your traits, events, traditions, etc etc. My favorite mod? Probably the side gigs lol, which I would LOVE an update of that one with more possible gigs and higher pay for different types jobs? Keep doing what you do! <3

Bristalites

I absolutely love that i’m getting what I paid for! I love that you have branched out from doing careers, traits, to bigger mods. I downloaded the royal family mod but I haven’t played with it yet, but I did end up having a “king” randomly come to my hometown LOL, it was crazy. I use the celebrity system more so than anything and I absolutely love it. the detail, the gameplay, everything. i’m amazed. hope you can make more mods like this. or maybe you can implement some stuff from s2 s3 that s4 didn’t have, and just have it as a mod, that’d be really cool!!

Emma O'Sullivan

I love all what you release. Especially the celebrity system. Membership is totally worth it

Emelie Berglund

I like the variety of mods and generally enjoy system mods and use your travel to and celebrity one a lot along with your "smaller" ones.

Veronica Trudeau

I definitely agree with everyone else, in loving all of your mods! There are so many great ones!

Pamela White

I love all your mods. I definitely enjoy the path that you are taking exploring other types of mods. Keep up the great work!

My game is very family based and realistic so I haven’t used the celebrity or royal mods but I love the travel too mod. I would love any bigger mods based around family game play so much. Your mods make my game playable.

Asia

I love to see it!!!

Татьяна Воробьева

I really love your Royal Family Mod, especially its patronage system. Some thoughts: 1. I have to remember the patronages my sim has got. I haven't managed to find any way to see, which patronages my sim already has. 2. It's strange to see options like asking to remove Royal Duties when my Crown Prince talks to some random non-Royal sim. It would be nice if specific conversation options (giving titles / asking about kids' titles or removing duties) have some conditions to show. 3. It would be nice to have some cooperation between your mods. F.e. - StarLight. I have Celebrity mod, so I have messages about my sim was seen in the ceremony. But I also have a Royal Family Mod and this sim is the Prince-consort and he has the StarLight patronage. It's strange to see Celebrity System messages about rewards. It would be nice if Celebrity mod recognized Royal Family Mod and existing patronage and changed the message from reward-thoughts-oriented to patronage-oriented. Smth like, "the Patron of the Ceremony appeared at the Ceremony". Or (without Patronage) - "Royal family member appeared at the Ceremony, though this sim is not a Patron of that Ceremony", like "Royal Attention". p.s.: it's just about meaning, I like your style of these messages. 4. It would be nice to divide Royal Family Members and Nobles. It would make an opportunity to give titles (Duke and lower) without considering these sims as "part of the Royal Family". 5. It would be great to have some integration with the voting event (sorry I haven't played it yet, I'm all in your Royal Family mod). Smth like - each "political party" has its own leader (just choose automatically YA+ sim for each of them, sims with political career - first). After this voting event, the mod randomly determines which "political party" won with some moodlets about results. And (if you have Royal Family mod), each week Monarch should invite "the leader of Government" for a meeting (just a simple event with goals like "discuss", "deep conversation" etc). 6. It would be great to have ALL Royal Family Mod stuff in one place. It's not convenient to download small parts from different places (titles, events, traits, lot traits). Besides, small parts have lower meaning without the main Royal Family Mod. So, it would be great to have it all in one place (I mean one archive for download). Your Celebrity System Mod is also brilliant!

Mary Fuller

The Royal Family Mod has quickly joined my top 5 mods, I love it so much! The creativity and work you put into it is A1 for storytelling especially and if you ever had plans for similar big mods in the future I have no doubt I would love those too ☺ I've downloaded the celebrity system recently but have yet to try it with all my time spent updating the mods so I'm excited to get into that one as well.

Anonymous

Every mod that you create immediately goes into my game and then become integral to my game! It’s like I don’t know I need it until I put it in my game. Your careers have especially elevated my game play!

DragonElla

I love that you're developing your talent as a mod! Smaller mods were fantastic, but the bigger ones are great too! I don't use some of the mods you make, like the Royal family because it doesn't go with my whole sims theme, but I love that it's an option were I to ever need it.

The Celebrity System was actually part of TS3! So it never made sense to me as to why it was left out.

lenamoster

I absolutely think your content is worth a membership, you're one of only a few modders I subscribe to (everyone else I wait for free content)! Your smaller mods (traits/events/etc) add a really fun flavor, and I use your jobs almost exclusively (when I'm not cheating with money 100000 lmao) because they're fun and don't interfere with my story play. Now that you have more experience and are doing big mods, your content has definitely leveled up! I think in the future doing a mix of smaller and big mods makes sense, so you don't get burned out and smaller content can still be put out in between the larger stretches of time it takes to complete a major mod.

Shawna Jackson

I have most of your smaller mods and just recently added the Travel one and the Celebrity one. I don't have use for the royalty one but it look so cool. I did a year long to you because I KNEW I was going to get plenty of use out of whatever you made :)

NayaMasters

Membership is definitely worth it for your mods. You are actually the first creator I ever supported on patreon. I originally came for your traits, aspirations and events, but I'm loving your other mods. Especially the Celebrity system. You have added so much depth to my game with your mods and I can't play without them!

Monica

Membership is worth it to me! I pay the yearly membership. I love every mod you have come up with thus far and look forward to seeing what you will come up with in the future!!!

Anonymous

Truthfully, I don't use or like trait/job/event mods. I'm actually here because of your Celebrity System mod, which I love so much! I think you are incredibly talented and creative, and I really love how much thought you put into your mods. Thank you for all of your hard work!

Chelsea Williams

I love all of your mods to be honest. I think my favorite so far is the events and royalty mod. I've been wanting so many different event parties in my game, and now I have tons. I'm also loving the royalty mod because it's a lot different than the other one I had. I certainly look forward to anything you create in the future. The membership is definitely worth it in the end!

Cathi H.

Membership is worth it and i love your mods. Thank you for all your hard work. Have a great day.

Quetta H

I love all your mods and I use them whenever I can. The ones that I like the most is the side gigs celebrity and royal mod. Keep up the great work. ❤

cryingintheclub

So worth it! Your creativity and hard work do not go unnoticed. Happy to support you for the great way you have supported and enhanced the game!

Lady D

I love your mods! Especially the newer big mods, Royals, and celebrity systems. They are so well thought out I am still discovering all the extras you added. Thanks so much for your hard work

Dana Anna

Honestly haven’t played with the bigger mods too much. I have been mostly working on my own save file so I haven’t done much gameplay yet. But everything you put out looks so exciting and I can’t wait to try out the royal mod. I like the variety of small mods to large mods. 😁

Anonymous

I really love you mods especially your celebrity system mod. It makes the fame system way more dynamic than it is in game. Being able to sue for slander is definitely a nice touch. The only issue I’ve had is that my sim would get publicly disgraced over a bubble blower after visiting a lot that has one. I haven’t played with the royal family mod but I do use the travel to menu religiously especially when I want my sim to do something different than what I usually have her do! Personally, I think you’re doing a great job! You’re one of my all time favorite modders so your Patreon is definitely worth it

Anonymous

I be looking forward to the careers traits or anything you come up with

Anonymous

I love every single one of your mods. I like both the larger ones and the smaller ones like for traits and such. You are one of my favorite modders and it is well worth it

Amy Cleary

Your royal family mod is amazing. I hope you add more to it using the Cottage living pack or even servants. I enjoy even your smallest mods. Your patreon prices are really good!

macha77e

Big, small, they are all great for gameplay

NM

Perfect!! I love all your mods, you are awesome. Thank you

its-opheliasgarden

Love how they add more depth to gameplay! Thank you always!

Vivian aka Nursey318

Love your traits/careers/events. I really don't use anything else. My game mods are normally mods I have used for a while and prefer not to add much else. Updating with game patches, etc is just a hassle. But i do appreciate all you do.

Kilvio Taveras

Anything you give us is gold. I like it all. I do like the system though. Game changer!

MadhattersTwin

I am so much in love with all your mods, but especially the Royalty Mod is one of my favs because of my Vampire Clans, but the Travel to has also a big space in my heart! I didn't have the time for much gameplay the last months due to sickness, but for what I saw: I love them! THANK YOU so much for your hard work! <3 <3

Blarean50

I absolutely love your mods from big to small. I think you provide content that I am comfortable donating for. I did not know about the celebrity mod! So that's something I'm about to try right now!!!

Coralia

In terms of my thoughts on my membership, I love the opportunity to support your creations. The traits, events and holidays that you have created are an integral part of my game. In terms of your larger mods, especially since I've been incessantly cleaning up after updates: I don't have much experience with them, even though I do have them. I just have to have a game that doesn't get borked by updates where I have to spend time trying to figure out how to get my game going (I swear what's keeping my life on the straight and narrow is the thought of having to spend Eternity getting my sims game to work). So, to me, I love your mods, and have no question of whether your Patreon is worth it. It's very worth it to me. Thank you for everything you're doing.

Alex Ryan

Personally (and only if I HAD to pick as I love all your mods!) I do prefer your 'smaller mods'... they're clever and rich 'add on' mods that give us new gameplay experiences through special events, better jobs, more inclusivity for different types of Sims, better activities... they enrich the game and of themselves therefore improve gameplay. I've honestly had the most fun just building up a family with your mods then just holding awesome parties and events for them :) For me, roleplay type mods like Royal Family, Medieval etc...are fun (and yours are v clever) but they are not a 'must have' for me to enjoy Ts4.

icherelyn

I will say that you removing the script files with traits has been priceless - as someone who plays with a lot of mods it just helps with as many script mods that can be eliminated from things that they aren't absolutely necessary.

Ashh

Mods are great. I love all of them. I think I have everything you have made in my game. Patreon is more than worth it. I initially pledged to get I think your careers bundled together or something. I can't really remember. However, I stayed a Patreon because of how often you update everything and come out with new things. You are so dedicated I am more than happy to support you! :)

I bet and now that traits don't have them it's wonderful. This is why the XML injector is a beautiful tool.

Kathy An Aries

Your work is awesome and I only play when I can use your wonderful programs.

jonmigueltx

Your prices are extremely fair, best I've seen actually. I signed up for the 1 year, so that should let you know what I think of all your mods ;) Thank you for all you do!

Bethanie Innes

I like both types of mods, and your patreon is totally worth it.

Coralynn Brewer

I love all your mods and your patreon is totally worth it. Because you can keep up to date when EA completes their updates on the game.

~Marishafly~

Well I enjoy your enthusiasm, the mods you create make playing Sims even more enjoyable. You always update when necessary. Constantly keeping us informed. I appreciate all you do, I am pleased to continue supporting you on Patreon. Thank you

Anonymous

Your mods have added so much more fun to my game, they've honestly been added to my "can't play without it" list. And you're always so awesome about keeping things up to date and letting us know the status of things as you work on them. 100% worth becoming a patron and I'm glad to be able to give you even a little bit of support :)

charley

You are one of my favourite modders and I enjoy everything you put out. Keep exploring what you love and keep doing what makes you happy :D

Evangelina Silvercloud

Hello Kiara. Well, thank you very much for your message with the little survey. I've been a Patreon for a long time and I'm always absolutely satisfied. Membership is absolutely fair. I think I installed most of your mods. I love your traits, events, aspirations, careers and social interactions the most. These expand the gameplay wonderfully. Thank you for your work and the exchange with us. Lovely regards from Austria

Anonymous

Love love love the Royalty mod! I was using a similar one created by Llazyneiph but I like how nuanced and inclusive yours is for the whole family. I wonder if you ever thought about trading the speech making requirement for volunteering instead? Or splitting the difference? Also maybe adding some rabbit hole engagements? Thank you for all amazing creations!

daphne rogers

Kiara- you are one of the best in the Sims Community so being a Patron of yours is worth it. Your mods enhance the sims game so much i cant imagine playing without them. You ensure your mods are kept up tp date and you communicate frequently with us . Thanks for your hard work and always willing to take feedback and suggestions from us!

I Love all your mods they seem to get better as you go keep it up look forward to see what comes in the future

Rebecca devere

I LOVE that you decided to do some 'expansive' mods! They're all brilliant, I especially like the celebrity system and how it feels like a native part of the game. OH and the Royal Family Mod - how there's a career, events, cas traits, even lot traits that all work together with the Mod is VERY appealing to me as a player.

Melinda Cosby

I love your mods! I love how thoroughly planned out they are! I love your new royal family mod!

SeriuBorgia

I LOVE your mods...expansive ones are fantastic

Wendy

Absolutely love your mods. Thank you again for the effort you put into these. My fav atm is the royal Family mod. I would love it if you combined it with the other royalty mod as they are both so good but different, eg. customizable titles, more nobles + titles, royal toddlers etc.

Juliane Kallweit

i love career mods and i need more traditions and club activities becuase ea didn't do much in this cathegorys.

Alvaro Ortega

i love the royal family, i hope you can update with new things. thank you so much

Jenny MacRunnel

I just joined and downloaded the Royal Mod, along with all the new lot traits, careers, and traits. I have been playing the Royal Mod for about 4 hours so far, and I am LOVING it! I haven't really had any issues yet, but I did see someone comment that being able for them to have servants would be cool. Not sure how that would work. I just made my own "secretary" for my Queen that lives on the lot and all she does is cook, clean, and do laundry. Its working well, but do have to pay more attention to her than I'd like. Anyways, great job on this mod, and I am looking forward to anything new added!

Jenny MacRunnel

I also got the Travel to mod, and I love it too! Anything extra my sims can do for fun is great! I laughed so hard when my Prince Consort came home for Horse back riding. He was terrified because he had been bitten by a horse! HAHA, that cracked me up!

Jermana

I love all your mods so anything new you wanna try I would really love too. And I definitely think my membership to your Patreon is worth it! And is not for any early access or things like that, is just that I'm really happy that I'm able to give you back for all your hard work, even if is just a dollar a month. <3

Masha Yudina

I absolutely love the celebrity system mod! It works perfect for me and adds the level of depth I never knew I needed, yet now I’m actually excited to play celebrities. I’m now exploring the royal family mod, and I quite enjoy it so far, but excited for further updates! I appreciate development of it is a tedious process, but I think adding nobles and knights would be really fun to expand the royalty system in the sims 4, especially since it doesn’t exist in the game at all

Teresa Gustafsson

I love your mods! I haven't tried out the celebrity or royal mod yet because right now it doesn't fit my game, but I do love the idea and I most likely will try them in the future. I defenitly think it's worth being a Patreon and to be able to support your work :)

Anonymous

I love your mods so much! I haven't tried the Celebrity System one, but I've got the Royal Family Mod and all your careers, traits, etc. I always use your smaller mods, but in terms of the Royal Family Mod, I couldn't really use it for long. It sucks because it has everything I want except for customizable noble titles, servants and knights. I use such things for story-telling. For that, I've had to replace it with Llazy's Royalty Mod which I also thoroughly enjoy (the downside with that is that there's one royal job and it's for the monarch only), but I'll gladly jump right back to yours once all the things I've listed above are added because I really love how indepth you go with other things the other Royalty Mod has yet to build on. Otherwise, the subscription is worth it for the quality you deal out. You're doing an amazing job and I hope you continue to make top-tier mods for us.

Anonymous

I love the Royalty Mod, I currently use llazy's royalty mod but only because the royal traits are inheritable, are you thinking on updating in that direction in the near future?
