You all know that the shadow of censorship has loomed over Kickstarter, and the new policies—albeit contradictory—are clear about one thing: the witch hunt has begun. Especially if they're scantily clad and uninhibited! This has also put me in a state of considerable anxiety. For a moment, I even considered switching crowdfunding platforms, but I don't think that's a useful move at this time.Encouraged by the interest and love you've shown, I haven't lost heart—so many of you are already following the Kickstarter page, many are signing up on the Landing Page, and even my Pirate Alcove Discord server is growing—so I took action immediately to try to figure out which direction to take so as not to give up on making The Art of Djinn's Pirate Deck a reality.

The nature of the Djinn's Pirate Artbook Project remains unchanged, but I will continue the campaign with a few precautions:

I will not feature explicit or blurred images of the content, be it the contents of the artbook (pages or comic panels), cover variants, or playing cards.

I will not make direct references to the content of any explicit material, which you will find simply labeled as "Spicy" (for example, the image featuring the alternate cover will be the base cover with a pepper sticker or the words "Spicy version," or similar).

I will continue to publish explicit material related to the campaign on my Patreon page, but you may also find it in my Pirate Alcove on Discord.

These and other measures should allow me to navigate without striking a reef. So, when you see this, you know what we're talking about 😜

So, what else can I say? As we cross hostile waters, let's keep our flag concealed, but ready to be raised 🏴‍☠️

Love,Djinn

PS: Whether here or in the Pirate Alcove, please feel free to ask me any questions you have.
