It’s really not that untrue to life. Say she had a kid young, and her kid had a kid young. Let’s say both were 18 on having a kid. Easily become a grandmother in mid 30’s Momo is 16 here. That puts Granny at early 50’s. I’ve seen late 40’s to early 50’s women who looked no older than 25 IRL. Not ones who were also chronic smokers, but…anime.
