Hey guys, there's a bit of a problem with last months pledges. I'm starting to see a rise in declined payments and my monthly income is taking a hit as a result. If you could, I'd like you to check up on your payment settings and make sure everything is sorted. I would really appreciate it. 'v'

Mine went thru ok I believe.

Might be a good idea to hold off on posting the high-res/PDF in the feed, and send them out as a message to those whose payment went through at the end of the month instead. Patreon really doesn't work well as a "pay wall" in that sense.

Ramako

That's a lot of declined =/

Could be because of the policy changes about Paypal and NSFW patreons. I changed mine over to my card and payment was charged to my account, so I assume it went through. If not, let me know.

I paid the May pledge with paypal. so its not the reason. not yet.....

TonyHLM

My e-mail said it went through just fine.

SneakingUpOnMe

Are those all the failed pledges? I believe mine went through but I would like to be notified if it didn't.

I'm not one of the declined, am I?

Nope. The only declined payments are from the patrons in the image I posted.
