🎨〉Character Concept: Introducing Oz (Patreon)

Hello again Patrons and welcome to the new ones that have joined up! SB here and today I'm sharing a concept we've been refining for a new character that hasn't been revealed yet, Oz aka Chairman Oz.

Known as the head of the governing body of the Shot One tournament, Oz exists in our world as a guiding light for aspiring champions as to the dizzying heights that can be reached in the top tiers of this tournament. Rarely seen in public, his message reaches the far corners of the galaxy to beckon athletes to participate. He's a face to the organization.

So much so that Vlad even has a poster of the man himself in his room, which will be featured in the chapter we're working on now, Emerald Coast. Oz is a very interesting character, and the writers have been weaving him into the narrative as I type this. He existed as an idea for over a year before I finally got around to visually designing him. 

After a brief chat with one of our Patrons in the Discord (Thanks Shiney), I decided to spoiler some info on the character notes which might give away some key story points. 

 Either way we're still deciding on whether he'll be a playable character outside of story mode- But we do have a full idea for his kit for him already that's pretty unique. I'll be sharing other concepts over time, including scrapped ones to show some of the iterations we went through with each character and the thought process behind it.
