Hey everyone, it's Nikki behind GoesWellwithCream~

I just wanted to say that I'm sorry I haven't posted any free content here for you all as well as putting everything that was free here behind a paywall as Patreon kind of sprung a huge suspension on me for over a month without letting me know why. The only way I could get it back was having everything behind a paywall so I apologize again for staying behind that wall and being silent with the rest of you.

With that being said, I've seen that a huge portion of my Patreon audience is free (over 70%) and I've been thinking of ways to take my restriction of no free content and turn it into something positive for both myself, and most importantly, you~

For the TLDR, I am conducting some market research catering to my free members! I would love to hear from as many of you as possible to see how my artwork and what I do can become valuable to you. Are there specific things you are looking for? Is there something others do that I don't? Criticisms? Suggestions? Wishes? All are welcome in the comments here, I'd love to hear what's on your mind so we can make something happen together!

Even though many of you are not active members of my community, I appreciate all of you! If it wasn't for your support (no matter how little or much) I am very thankful - I can't wait to read your responses~

I started following for the nuggets wg sequence. I liked the sequences. Also the fanart of Kaoruko. I even joined the patreon to see the last part of nuggets. But the discord didn't sit well with me and just decided to stay free. Plus updates weren't as often. Ur drawings are cool tho

May I ask what made you uncomfortable about the Discord~? I am also working on a new sequence that will come out probably next month - I've saved working on it since I am working on the sketches for my members as well as Halloween themed content.

Hehe no worries that you're a free member - I just want to see what I can do to cater to you guys like in scenarios like you're in now as well as what sort of value a free member looks for~

Sorry I made the discord look bad. Is just that I prefer to keep the things in patreon rather than going to discord. While subbed I didn't know there was vital content there lol. Is mostly just not my cup of tea if the entry has to be payed every month. I try to leave discord for commisions, and patreon for subs. I hope u put some parts for free, I know if the content has to be censor and stuff if goes free. But looking you are consistent when u r free member makes it easier to make an investment to pay the sub. Its just my criteria anyways This last part u can ignore, I also like big sizes like last nugget size. The progression makes it like a sweet story you enjoy through and the last part is a cherry on top. I don't remember many of ur drawing after going that far, which is fair. But added with the rest, and having a budget, makes it less likely to join. But, some positives is that I like how u do the strech marks! And the face expressions and the eyes, I know you might guess it by now, but an example is when nugget was embarressed or with white eyes when she realized she could eat as much as she wants lol. Lastly, I don't like blonds, and the last proyect I remember of u was the interactive feedee. Which I thought was cool, just again, not the character I feel attracted to. My apologies for the longtext.

Love your weight gain sequences, love the stretchmarks, uploads of sequences seemed to be a bit slow, so I decided to go free and wait until some were more released, but I only know if you post a notice on deviantart or such since notices here do slip through.

I've been told I should expand to other platforms to reach more people and so it would be easier to say, like, hey something new is out! But I am the total opposite of savvy when it comes to social media but I have a Tumblr, BlueSky, Reddit... I think a Twitter? I don't know I hardly ever use them because it's just so forgien to me. Haha I only have a personal Instagram that I never use just because when I was in college I was a little more social and I guess that's just how people communicate now? Haha enough with the silly rant, thank you for the insight~

I believe I discovered you on deviant art, that and X (twitter) are the best options for doing announcements of new releases, you can start small with those two and see if that leads to subscribe spikes

For example @DeserveWhat does sketches and full artworks. Uploading in twitter just a part of them, like the head to the upper torso, or blurred image. So its easier to see how is his art rn and what kinda content he does, plus patreon previews. Another example is ErrozTheRed that does the same. Another format is ジール in twitter, every artwork he does posts a little sneek peek in his twitter acc, just like a face or part of the drawing. Actually I followed him for ages, but just last year when I got some money saved I decided to join for his constant uploads and consistency and improvements. Makes it easier to track it when u are not able to afford the sub

Like others said, be active on other platforms and comms would be a great way to get more income + get more people involved with more content. Other artists that do well usually do public comms and post at least 1x a week, plus they do sequences (which other have mentioned) A gain drive would also be a good idea.

I wish I could produce like other artists like BWS which many people have compared me to. I wanted to start a weight gain drive before but I didn't know what to do. Any suggestions?

I think shooting for BWS levels of production is unrealistic. It’s a lot of commitment. For your wg drive, take one of your ocs (Nikki?) and post it to the account with the largest following and go from there! Also, I think playing in your own wanting to gain can also be a crucial draw in for people - it’s very rare to have someone who draws fats that also likes to gain. Post some tum!

Hehe I definitely dabble in chunk but I won't be posting anything but my art. That's why I just draw myself on here for fun sometimes - I guess you're right about the commitment thing since this is a side hustle for me and not a full time gig I suppose? I'm definitely forced to take things slow here all of the time which is annoying. Is there any way you could see more ways I could incorporate more of what I do into drawings of myself or any specific weight drive topics or features you'd be interested in?

Not particularly - Nikki, even though it's you, just strikes me and others as another OC, unless it's tied in with some feederistic situation. Nihijack (on twitter) had a good wg drive with Atom Eve a little while ago, I'd look to that as an example to follow. As for the character, I'd recommend using one that's popular right now. Mei and Samus have been popular as of late to draw fats of.

I felt like free content dried up so strongly that I was being driven to subscribe very aggressively. While I understand that's basically the point of a Patreon, seeing nothing of substance get uploaded at all to platforms like DA for long periods while you kept pushing Patreon so hard just gave me a bit of a bad taste, especially for someone who I think could reasonably sit amongst the top tier artists in the scene. I would go so far as to argue that your bias towards paying platforms is stifling more than helping your reputation.

I'm still subbed but wanted to just take the chance to say my views on things. Reasons I subbed was the saw like sequence, truly my favourite concept that has little to no content on. If I was a free member I'd say that's my biggest reason I would of went to free due to the fact it seemed like it was coming to an end but just got left open ended, so since it was the main thing I subbed for, for it to then not really get continued or even get a proper ending, or hell just do another person with a new game or trap basically would of been cool.
