I'm curious about the rest of the series despite myself, because I need to know if any of them stick to the Disney movies they're marketing off. The biggest disappointment for me honestly was the fact this didn't stick MORE to the Disney version, because I was really hoping for the kind of cold but dramatic malice of Maleficent. Malone was just very boring ice queen.

Incredible, I cackled aloud multiple times while reading this review. Also now I want to WRITE that murder attempt scene because I can’t read it, damn.

your review did have me enthralled enough that I sat in my car in the parking lot of my work for like 10 extra minutes instead of driving home
