なんとか LoRA の学習を完了させようと試みましたが、結果としては失敗に近い形になってしまいました。現在投稿している画像は、私が作成した LoRA を使ってローカル環境で生成したものです。キャラクターが1人ずつ登場する LoRA の学習は大成功だったのですが、2人同時に登場するシーンでは、お互いの特徴が混ざってしまう問題が発生しています。

AI エンジニアとしてこの問題を解決しようと努力してきましたが、現時点では完璧な成功は難しいと判断しました。それでも活用の余地はあると考えているので、今後もいろいろ試してみようと思います。お待ちいただきありがとうございます。明日アップロード予定です！

I tried my best to complete the LoRA training, but in the end, it feels closer to a failure.The images currently uploaded were generated locally using the LoRA model I created myself.Training LoRAs for scenes with a single character was a great success, but when two characters appear together, their features tend to mix with each other.

As an AI engineer, I’ve spent quite some time trying to solve this issue, but I’ve concluded that achieving a perfect solution right now is difficult.Even so, there’s still room to make use of it, so I’ll continue experimenting in different ways.Thank you for waiting, and I plan to upload again tomorrow!

我本来想无论如何都把 LoRA 训练完成，但结果来看更接近失败。目前上传的图片，是我使用自己制作的 LoRA 在本地生成的。单角色场景的 LoRA 训练可以说是大成功，但当两个角色同时出现时，就会出现特征互相混合的问题。

作为一名 AI 工程师，我一直努力尝试解决这个问题，但目前判断要做到完全成功还是比较困难。不过依然有可利用的空间，之后我还会继续做各种尝试。感谢大家的等待，明天会继续更新！
