Honestly though, I'm wholly impressed by the fursuits people design and put together. These Halloween costumes come no where close. I saw these really cute slender socks that make your feet look like paws in my feed the other day... would wear. 😺

Worcestershire Sauce is named for the county (shire) of Worcestershire, England. Which itself is named for its largest settlement, the City of Worcester, which is pronounced 'wuss-ter'. The sauce itself is an adaption of a sauce from India, which a British fellow developed a taste for, and decided to produce locally after he returned to England, rather than endure the hassle of importing it with 19th century limitations. The same pronunciation is used for the City of Worcester, Massachusetts, which like its English namesake is the county seat of its own Worcester County, MA. The city name uses its original Middle-English spelling and pronunciation, which is where the confusion starts; as over centuries, pronunciation rules were slowly simplified away from the Norman imposed French style pronunciations and into Modern English. In fact, a LOT of locations in the UK and New England still use middle English pronunciation. For example, the Middle English spelled Gloucester is correctly pronounced 'gloss-ter' in Modern English.
