I've got this video in my Youtube recommendations and I found it very inspirational! The transformation itself belongs to the POOF kind with no transitory state so I will make it look more real, starting at 1:46.

That was one of my favorite transformations growing up. The only ones that outdo it are USSJ Trunks in Cell saga, Turles in Tree Of Might, Super Android 17, and few others from Dragonball
