Update (Patreon)

Hey-ooo, so.... about that hiatus I mentioned earlier...? It turns out um... that isn't happening. At least not right now.

I unfortunately can't explain any more about that aspect of things, but... I can say that CPC is continuing this next week, so I'll upload sneak peeks in a few minutes here!

In exchange, I would have loved to give you some news about my health, but... I kind of don't have any good answers there either. Basically, I believe I had Covid in the spring, and am experiencing post viral symptoms now, one of which involves various heart problems. It seems to be a trend that's happening for some people.

I went to my doctor, and basically he just went ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ He just said he assumes everyone has covid, I most likely won't die considering my other health factors, and that's the end of that! Soo.... yep :-\

I'd love to keep digging for more answers elsewhere, but I kind of don't think I'll find them in my town anytime soon. I also haven't had any of the really terrifying symptoms this week, so maybe it's finally dying, and I can just continue doing what I love, which is working on this comic. The thing I know for certain is that I'm incapable of sitting and waiting for it to pass, so I'll just keep going but a little more slowly...! I also have amazing assistants who I'm so lucky to lean on, so I'm pretty sure everything is okay!!

CPC may still take a week off sometime after the next few episodes for me to catch up on things, and while I wish it could have been this week, story / timing-wise, I'm not sure if or when it can happen.
