New banner: CPC Tea Party (Patreon)

My editor very kindly arranged for a banner to be featured on the Webtoon carousel for this episode! The tagline ended up being: "Sugar and spice and not so nice".

For Colonel Snuggles (and Colonel Snuggles fast pass) patrons, I will upload a downloadable hi-res wallpaper of this as well!
