I used to joke about regularly rolling in the dirt was me meeting my "Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs" but recently I stumbled across a competing theory by Alderfer called "ERG Theory". Which explores the simultaneous value of; existence, relatedness and growth.

Which feels a little more accurate and at the heart of my lame Maslow's joke.
