18:00 There is a key difference between a Witch Factor and Authorities. Witch Factors grant Authorities, these may be different though. The Witches also had different Authorities if you can remember. Minerva, the witch of wrath, had some kind of healing authority, while Regulus could stop time. The witch factor is the same, greed. But the ability/authority is different. 33:20 Why would Satella appear? What are the triggers? There was a case when she appeared in the Sanctuary, maybe the circumstances are the same? We know the main taboo is Subaru telling someone about return by death. Absolute thriller episodes once again. Seems like the end is distant, yet one grain of hope remains here.

the breaktime thing wasnt that complicated, it's just Priscilla laughing at Heinkel (just a reminder of reinhard's father's name) after knowing all that shits he've done, something like "oh if i was the one doing that, im doing it better than you" kidnapping Felt wasn't in Priscilla, its just Heinkel's personal plan to force Reinhard stay there

Back to you with more important information as always This time I wanna start with the breaktimes Yes that indeed was Russell Fellow if you dont remember subaru gave up his cellphone to him in exchange for helping with the alliance against the white whale as well as the mining rights in elior forest (emilias birth place that she froze) to be open something like that. While he isnt majorly important he is becoming more relevant in the latest arc in the novel so a few seasons down in the line he will have a more major role in the main story. Next onto the Heinkel Stuff. Like I mentioned there was a blonde woman in the wilhelm flashback and that woman is Louanna Astrea, his wife. Based on what priscilla said "ever-sleeping wife" it can be implied that heinkels wife is in a coma which is also reinhards mother. I cannot say why that is but that seems to be the case. I didnt mean heinkel is goated literally what I meant was his character is very good in terms of writing, and Heinkel was once a very kind hearted man and loving father you would not believe but after those events his life turned around and he became a drunk basically, there will be more information on him as we get into the future of re:zero but he is defintely an important character to the story and tappei said heinkel would of been the main character if subaru never existed in a q&a. As you can see Heinkel is also pretty good with the sword so he is not completely weak but theres some serious astrea drama between him wilhelm and reinhard, with wilhelm blaming reinhard for his wifes death, and now you know that according to priscilla his wife is ever sleeping probably in a coma which might be the cause of his twisted personality, and maybe all his efforts are to help wake his wife up it could be implied we even hear him say her name Louanna... at the end of the side story. ALSO I WOULD like to say next breaktime is ANOTHER IMPORTANT one for AL so PAY CLOSE ATTENTION, to the breaktime!!! It is VERY IMPORTANT.. (ESPECIALLY THE END PART) Most people won't notice but I think you will be able to realize based on the information you've already been told. I also wanna say your theory on the reason subaru not dying much in priestella could be because of al looping in his place is a reasonable theory and if al really has return by death it makes sense since someone has to be helping in the shadows make sure everything goes right. NOW onto the episodes. First off, Reid Astrea was eaten by Roy Alphard but reids soul was so strong he took back control of the body but the body itself was roy alphards. This effectively brought reid whos book of the dead was being used for the trial and is why subaru entered the hall of memories and met rui was because it was empty for that reason, taking control of roy essentially brought reid back to life allowing him to escape the trial grounds and probably wanted to leave the tower, but since he escaped the trial grounds it did trigger shaula. Reid was roy alphard meaning he knew roys memories and since the gluttonys share their memories and rui has subarus memories it means reid knows about return by death and thats why he was targetting and being hostile to subaru same with lye, all the gluttonys know about it so the fact his body combined with a gluttony it can also infer that he knows all the stuff they do. The authority is of greed it isnt implied yet even tho in the novels it was but for example if we look at Invisible providence the ability he got off petelguese while petelguese could summon thousands of hands subaru can only summon one, so its usually a very weakened ability of theirs, and it usually has a trait of subarus in it, atleast with greed I cant explain what his ability fully does but we do know he can see his allies locations through the flames the ability is different but it is the greed authority that he got after regulus died and it awoken after rems speech to stand up inside of him. Subaru starts his counts and dies a lot of times around the same amount as the original subaru from s1-3 is what I wanna point out. He also had a parallel to season 1 episode 7 when he jumped off the cliff and resolved to save rem and ram, but this time he jumped off the tower and resolved to save shaula. The parallels in this series are beautiful and it shows the parallels between the original subaru and this subaru: the core is THEY are the same person at heart even without his memories. The next episode is titled Natsuki Subaru and it is subarus named episode; this can be considered the culmination of his character whats about to happen and its probably the most peak writing in the entire series especially in the novel, it didnt have the craziest adapation but the content hits so hard with things like voice acting im sure it will live up to be probably one of your top 3 episodes in the entire series. It is a very good watch so please look forward to it. Satella is appearing because of Rui Arneb knowing about return by death by the way: and we know who reid will be facing so I wonder what will come of the upcoming battle between Julius vs Reid thats been implied this entire season. Can Julius really beat Reid? Now that Subaru has found his own book of the dead, will he finally get his memories back!?!? Only one way to find out... see you in 3 days. And you're about caught up you will have to wait for 19 but 18 will be out after your usual 3 days after you watch 16 and 17. P.S I am waiting for the season 2 and 3 breaktimes still

Great reaction as always. Season 4 is just peak as fuck with every episode, but I swear to God — if they still don't kill fucking Gluttony and bring Rem and Julius back by the end of this season, I don't even know what I'll do to myself. It's so fucking annoying. They've been dragging this storyline with Gluttony since Season 2 started. If somehow either of the Gluttonies is still alive by the end of the season, I genuinely don't know... I'd say it's shit writing at this point, but let's see how it ends up. Imagine Gluttony fucking flees again and we have to wait another 3–4 years for the next season 💀 Waiting for Season 5 is going to be sooooo loooong, I already feel like 😭 At least we're eating good next year with JJK and Chainsaw Man. And one last thing: SUBARU MUST SAVE SHAULA NO MATTER WHAT. (I mean Beako at least had visitors, Shaula was literally alone for 400 years) I don't care, if Shaula dies, he's gay for sure. 100% 🌈🏳️‍🌈

And I think Satella keeps appearing because Gluttony knows about Return by Death. Reid has Roy's memories, and Roy knew about RbD, so Reid knew about RbD too. Maybe that's why Satella keeps appearing, and maybe it's also why she's so devastating this time. If I remember correctly, this Tower is somehow connected to sealing Satella, and we know her miasma is present here. So maybe she's this powerful because we're so close to her body? (Like, maybe she's sealed under the Tower or at the top?) Or something like that. But it's also true that Satella appeared before, back in Episode 8, was it? When Subaru was confused and scared and didn't know what the hell was going on, and someone kept killing him. He ran to Reid, Reid stabbed him, and when he fell down the stairs, Satella appeared... So honestly, I'm clueless. I don't know. 😂

Notice how Subaru see's the "Aura or Soul or Od" of everyone, but not Reid and Glutonny. Also about the scorpion transformation from Shaula, it was already hinted at the end of S4 episode 8 when Subaru left the tower and Shaula's eyes changed, but seems like she was killed before being able to transform, likely by glutonny. Also if you look closely at the scorpion's design, you could see the 3 red dots being like her eyes, the Star on the tail like her bracelet and boots, and the orange / black color palette being similar.

alr bro i wrote a whole monologue and patreon did not send it. i’m gonna start losing it like you do every time lye ragebaits. 😭 it’s fine, because people have left good info like always, but i wanna quickly point a few things out: 1) I’M SO SAD I DIDN’T CLOCK THAT THE WITCHBEAST FROM EP11 WAS SHAULA. it’s so obvious in hindsight, she’s literally a scorpion (that damn scorpion tail hair foreshadowing). it also makes sense how she was able to live for 400 years now seeing as no regular human should be able to do that 2a) subaru’s new ability is ABSOLUTELY the result of absorbing the greed witch factor. firstly, he was there when regulus died. secondly, idk if you remember but at the beginning of ep4 (while subaru was sleeping) we saw geuse, regulus and then satella in this dark realm subaru occasionally goes to when he resets or sleeps. i believe it’s called the shadow garden. imo that’s just confirming the greed witch factor is residing within him, especially if the theory that the number of doors he opened under the sand corresponds to how many witch factors a person currently holds. which brings me onto a related point: 2b) you mentioned that subaru’s new ability has nothing to do with what regulus had, but remember that the same witch factor can produce different powers depending on the holder of the witch factor. echidna, regulus, and now subaru have all held the greed witch factor. they all have the authority of greed, but their authorities are all different. echidna’s comes in the form of infinite knowledge (so the true tome of wisdom), regulus’s was time manipulation of other objects and his own body, and subaru’s seems to be this crazy fucking recon. which is completely SICK and it’s busted given it has led him to… 3) HIS BOOK OF THE DEAD! oh my god i’m so happy he has one. not only is there a clear opportunity for him to regain his memories now, but it also means that my theory that the world is reversed whenever subaru dies might just be true, since being put on alternate timelines would imply that od lagna should not remember his deaths, therefore he would not have a book. and wow, subaru died a HORRIFIC amount. it’s no surprise that on the 16th attempt after starting the count, the man couldn’t move his legs from the shock 4) these breaktimes are interesting me more and more. i’ve noticed a subtle shift from the more slice of life/comedic interactions between the characters to a more lore focused approach. sirius talked about witch hunts last time, russell fellow from fucking arc 3 made a reappearance and the way he’s presented makes me think we’ll be seeing more of him soon, heinkel’s “ever sleeping wife” has been brought up which confirms what i thought when we watched theresia’s episode, and priscilla just had an attempted assassination by ninjas. if this is what’s leading up to next arc, i’m really looking forward to arc 7 man i can’t remember anything else you asked so i’ll leave it there lmao. next episodes are gonna be crazy, i’m gonna watch ‘em tomorrow
