I will always remember how brutal this first episode is 😭

haven't watched demon slayer, i will try it with you, i read a little of the manga and i hated it at the time, let's try again

Some people say that demon slayer is overrated, and although I agree that the plot isn't its strongest point (not bad but not great either), it's one of the most entertaining anime to watch, I think it's an anime with a lot of heart. I watched the first season back in 2019 when it was airing, and it's amazing to experience it again with you.

The anime is a crazy upgrade over the manga

Cristian Bengasi

yeah i see, but one of my problems with the manga, is that the charactered seemed to simple and not real, is a fact that i love in anime like eminence in shadow, but hate in serious shows hahaha, for example, every character is set and stays the same, doesn't regress, tanjiro is the definition of good and all, the circumstances don't seem to affect him very much, and the same thing could be said about other characters, they are likable but not complex at all

demon slayer is considered by many a ''not so good anime'' but for me it was a really fun show to watch and honestly in my opinion people should stop having so high expectations from every anime like yeah it isnt attack on titan level or anything but its still good alot of people just forget that because something is not perfect it doesnt mean its bad

mazzyjay

tanjiro really is the most kind and caring MC of all time

Renzo Virguetti

If you didn’t know in the first draft of demon slayer, tanjiro was actually not that nice (like at all) it was refused and then the author decided to make tanjiro the most kind person ever 😅

Taiga

Don't know if you've watched any of Fate series, but most of the soundtrack in this anime is composed by Yuki Kajiura who did soundtrack for Fate/Stay Night, Fate/Zero, and a big part of Sword Art Online. The Ending you've heard in the 2nd episode, is also done by Yuki Kajiura.
