time to learn german again with frieren-sama! Bluterei - bleeding in a sense, if i remember correctly it was weirdly localized, it should have been Balterie which somewhat resembles the word Arterie (Blutarterie) which means artery (blood artery) Erfassen - capture/record, obvious with her imitation quirk Linie - line/trace, now it makes sense, tracing her opponent Basalt - basalt stone... surprise Auserlese - Selection, her pronunciation always sounds sick as hell

Yo

Yo. I forgot how amazing this episode was. Aura couldn’t handle frieren’s aura lol What this show does so well even in hype moments like this is making everything meaningful and having actual emotional impact. They could’ve just had frieren show up and release her mana to overwhelm aura, but instead they gave us frieren’s entire backstory with flamme (which was amazing) and connected that to how demons are and how the fight was gonna go. Not to mention all the worldbuilding in those flashbacks and parallels with himmel. Frieren was reluctant to go with himmel until he said the same thing she did to flamme a thousand years in the past. Speaking of the flashbacks, the society structure from when flamme and frieren were alive looks like Ancient Greek architecture, and in the present, the world looks much more medieval. Just Interesting to point out how the world is changing and advancing over frieren’s lifespan just like real life Idk if you caught it but the way that aura dealt with people who temporarily resisted her spell was to just behead them (that’s why she’s called “Aura the guillotine”) which explains why all the soldiers are headless. Also, I gotta complement the ost made by Evan Call in this episode, especially during the fight scenes. Peak ep. Himmel is the goat🔥

Givi Ofgivia

the best episode this far is not even a boom-boom pow-pow fight
