Jason here in Patreon suggested we check out the food in London's Borough Market and we are so happy we did! All of this looked amazing...even the chocolate-covered strawberries that the creator wasn't too impressed by. lol Those of you in or near London are lucky to have this market so close by!

They were saying not to go on a Tuesday Saturday or Sunday as they are the busiest days, I've been & can attest to this being true but I like the busyness of it all

aaah, I see. Bummer it's closed on Monday's. I wouldn't mind the busyness either especially if you got your food and now just people watching. lol ~ Lisa

I wish they'd gone a bit more into what's in some of the things they tried. Those doughnuts looked gorgeous though 😋 Apparently part of the reason some Americans have a negative stereotype about British food is from wartime (WW2) when US soldiers were stationed here and they experienced British food when we had food rationing. So they got the idea it's all poor quality, tasteless rubbish. Which is a myth of course. Traditional British meals tend to be home made comfort food with meat, potatoes, cheese, veggies, pastry, gravy etc. But of course we also have meals influenced by other cultures as well. There's a great mix. Something for everybody. With those videos of British kids trying American foods and saying UK food has no flavour etc it's important to remember they're made primarily to appeal to a US audience. That might explain it in part, as well as the smaller amount of additives, salt and sugar etc in the food they're used to at home.

That's a good point! They are made for an American audience. Me personally, I think the food looks amazing and we can't wait to come over and give it a try. And you're right. I wish he would have gone more into what was in the food. Greg

Great choice guys, there are a lot of vids for this market and I couldn't choose just one, but this was great. Thanks for the shout out. Have a great weekend.
