It's so fun recognizing more and more of the panelists! We can see why you guys watched these shows. You never know what's going to happen or what they'll say! It's so fun!

The “steadings” one was just from the random letters selection, the idea being to get the longest word possible, but there is one round at the end where there’s an anagram. The maths round is similarly random based on a selection of large and small letters - you can only use each number once (but you don’t have to use every number). Rachel who does the numbers and letters has a Master’s Degree in mathematics from Oxford so she’s pretty quick at working them out - sometimes it’s not even possible. Similarly Susie Dent who is in “Dictionary Corner” is a lexicographer so certainly an expert on words. They both appear on the regular show Countdown and not just this comedy version.

Holy! We want to watch a full episode so we understand the game. We'll do a few and see if anyone is interested in watching them LOL. It sounds fun though! We would be excited to play along! Rachel has a Master's in Mathematics!! And from Oxford no less! How impressive! Bunch of smarties on the show! ~ Lisa

I think full episodes of Cats Does Countdown would go down well, it works exactly the same as the ‘real’ show except for their random comedy bits and the anagrams are usually fairly rude to start off with 😂
