It's not 'a guy' calling these episodes anything in the titles. It's the production company of the show (Hat Trick Productions) just writing little 'off the cuff', one liner descriptions of the episode. Which are usually separate from the actual title of the episode.

Mrs Doyle was used to her contact lenses so the big magnifying eye glasses were just as bad as her not wearing any. XD

The funny thing about the opening scene was, the curtains were blowing, but the window was closed. The thing you saw at the window, was the window frame's shadow on the curtain.

The scene of Ted looking in the cistern above the toilet is weird. The cistern isn't that deep, so when Ted was trying to fix it, how come he didn't see the bottles when he was up there the 1st time?

Perhaps the bathroom was painted by the previous owners. The church might have bought the house from them and didn't want to fork out the expense of redecorating it.

Ted was talking about Jacks poop. He said he didn't want to call the plumber because of how much Jack 'lets go of' when he goes to the bathroom. The best thing to do would be for them to flush Jacks 'stuff' and let it pop up in Sierra Leone.
