Manny's parents are coming to visit. They are excited to meet his co-owner Bernard and his girlfriend Fran. At least that's the story he told them! 🤣

Grab your cuppa and enjoy!

Cheers, mates!

Manny's surname is Bianco which is white in Italian so he matches Bernard Black perfectly! The shop name would have worked well! Black and white xD

I thought this was posted yesterday, oh wait.. 😁

Annette Crosbie, who plays Moo-Ma here used to be the patron of the Greyhound Rescue society my family is involved with. She is a very kind sweet lady. This isn't relevant to anything really, but it's nice to know.

I’m just going through a stage of discovering the original Moomins so I have a new appreciation for Moo-ma and Moo-pa 😀

Im going to have to watch this ep now to see if you recognise annette crosby from one foot in the grave. I mean with father ted and then black books and with black books and Fawlty towers ending soon may i request you ask patreon if you think you should follow black books with one foot in the grave? I say with a smile. Oh and she has a daughter who looks a bit like celia, i mean easily mistaken for her daughter and not annettes. The father played hans in allo allo. Someone needs to catch up on patreon and discord, i think the last discord response was lisa on 11th or 14th may if i remember right). edit: you didn't recognise her!

moomins is still popular in japan and you can still buy figurines and all sorts of moomin merchandise from Japan

Totally forgot that Manny's Mum was the lady from One Foot in the Grave! The man who played his Dad was in quite a lot of comedies in the 80s and earlier (Allo Allo, or similar 🤔). Fran being the gf was 😂😬👏🏻
