I sometimes wonder if they're insulted by the stereotypical Americans, especially in UK comedies. I'm fully aware that people like them do exist, but it's so far removed from Lisa and Greg (thankfully 🤭). Then again, they probably just think it's funny and (as Greg just said he wanted to make fun of them for the while show) laugh at them, rather than be insulted by the comedians suggesting these stereotypes 🤷🏻‍♀️

Argh to Horse racing 🐎 🏇 The Grand National will always remind me of 1988 and 10 year old me refusing to watch it, at my Auntie's house, because one horse had just died and another had to be PTS. My Auntie was a horse rider, so it made no sense to me that she couldn't see how unfair it was that animals had to die for 'sport' 🤷🏻‍♀️ I'm 48 now and she's 85, but the last time it was mentioned, she laughed that I took myself off to the back garden, "in a huff", where as I told her I was proud that little me* had such good morals 🤭😉 (*I say little, but I was 6 foot by the time I was 11, so at 10, I was already taller than nearly everyone but my Dad 😂). Great episode, great reactions...and I promise to try not to ramble if/when anything related to racing pops up again 🤭🙏🏻🖤
