£100 is around £1500 this year

Erica

I love Sybil she’s my favourite character. I love her style also.

Kevin Hussey

Two little snippets - the last episode was delayed in release for about 6 months due to a strike meaning it wasn’t finished for broadcast with the rest of the series. And did you know that the two resident old ladies appeared together as the same characters in one episode of Only Fools and Horses (first episode in S3, where the Trotters are trying to get a bungalow)

Kevin Hussey

Seems like I was slightly mistaken. Both in the same series, but not episode - but credited as the same character’s name

Neil Tolerton

Slightly similar.... My wife organised her own surprise party as she didn't trust me 😂

Erin

Saving face, being 'proper' and avoiding embarrassment is the most important thing in the world to Basil, even though it hurts everyone including himself. Looking forward to the last episode, it's a good one.

Daniel Davies

‘Flowery Twats’ is the only anagram in the series that uses all the letters for ‘Fawlty Towers’.

Cat

Ok so it’s today I found out that the character of Polly is not specifically American! 🤭 watched it my whole life thinking she was an expat with a soft US accent!

Julie

Where is 'Basil the Rat' that was aired on the 3rd of July?
