The young master's new personal maid has yet again made a mess.  Another broken vase.  The young master yet again just laughed it off and happily thanked everyone for the clean up before leaving, taking the new maid with him.

Personally, I would be much more annoyed if not for the change in the young master’s disposition since her employment.  Much kinder to the staff now.  With how possessive he has become with her, I can only assume he has become completely smitten with her.  A few of the maids claimed she looks a lot like the young master, perhaps he sees it as well.  He was always a bit of a narcissist...  Ah.  Never mind that.

Also, it seems she’ll be needing another uniform.  Seems it has started to fail her once again, especially the chest area.  We were quite sure we had the correct size’s measured out this time, but somehow, it still failed once again.  I would suspect she was still a growing girl, but...  she seems the same as she was when she first started?  The young master has stated he’ll happily cover any costs for replacements related to her mishaps, clothes or otherwise, so while he knows it’s a problem, he seems completely fine with it.

Seems she’s gotten even more accident prone.  Even people trying to pass her in the halls claim to have bumped into her, even when a full foot away.  Luckily she is the master's personal maid, so her time is mainly to be around him alone.  That keeps the damage to a minimum.

Ah, yes, one additional note.  The full body antique mirror the young master’s parents had recently sent him was broken, seemingly by his new maid soon after her arrival.  The only witness was the young master, who claimed everything was fine, even consoling the new maid.

When asked about the mirror and a possible repair, he simply stated that restoration would be unnecessary, that it’s good the way it is.  The empty frame still stays in his room, in the same place.

Despite what he said, he quietly told the other maids that were sweeping up the glass to carefully get every piece and store it all in a box.  Perhaps as a keepsake?  Or maybe, some kind of restoration would still be possible?

Realised I didn't have anything to post for pub tonight and quickly maid this up. Quick image make and then story. Normally takes a lot longer for story stuff, but I had a shower between the two so I had the mind palace at full function while in there. Only took typing it out at that point. :)

I did google a piece of nice looking paper though, so that saved a lot of time. Speaking of, seems like a fairly straight forward love story really! Gets new maid, completely turns new leaf. Maybe even marries her eventually? Sounds like a happy ending to me...

Not sure what any of that other stuff is about though. Doesn't seem important. :)
