The Joker was right; don't start with the head! That little guy spilled everything. Although that was a good move to take a step back and assess the babbling dispassionately. My first thought was not to consider that he was referring to a second a dark dragon.

Should we hope that Vesper mentions this other Shadow Dragon in the presence of Flare because it may be the same one that wanted to take Elias for being a fiend? On one hand, that rogue Shadow Dragoness they fought at the Tanglewood islands must be plotting something evil and grand to want a fiend and it would be for the greater good if Flare tell Lumi and Vesper about her. On the other hand, that would probably lead to them finding out what Elias is, which we certainly don't want.

Flare and Elias are now on borrowed time until Vesper finds out there was a rogue shadow dragon spotted recently. One who was involved in a kidnapping plot, with a daemonic worshiping accomplice, who abducted a certain blue haired human.

A shadow dragon operating from the shadows...getting some Palpatine vibes my guess is theyre on the council and thats why they are always a step ahead cutting loose ends before they get traced back. Like that elf lady that got roasted in chapter 2
