Update regarding internet:

The internet company called me early in the morning on Friday on their own, which surprised even me. Basically they have set out a socket installer for me on the 15th, but the lady that i talked to will try to move it to a sooner date as she knows from my previous messages and comment in our contract that I need it asap. I also told her that I work from home so the faster the better, she took that into account and that she will be in contact with me to speed it up.
