Hi, everyone!I hope you've been enjoying the latest update to My Fluffy Neighbor! I have already started work on the next update, which promises to be a lot more interactive than the current content available.I wanted to hear your guys' feedback on the latest chapter. Did you enjoy it? Were you happy with the quality and amount of content featured? What were your favorite parts?I also wanted to poll you guys on the AMOUNT of content that came with this update. This update rolled out almost exactly a week after the initial launch. Were you happy with the amount of content, or would you be willing (in the future) to wait longer to get more content at once?

Did you enjoy it? Absolutely, I love the lighthearted and flirty smutty tone of the writing. Were you happy with the quality and amount of content featured? Totally, that was a lot of writing for just a week. Outspeeds every other furry project I've seen. So much to the point where I want to caution you to pace it to avoid burnout. Quality wise, the AI remains very well-directed. The most distracting flaw was one of Hazel's ears being half the length of the other in her neutral portrait. What were your favorite parts? The new rat girl's paw job was stellar. Her dirty talk was stirring, and the minor dialogue variations went the extra mile. Hazel's new scene missed the mark for me. Her first appearance gave off a dangerous, domineering vibe that worked really well for an overwhelming sexual force like a rabbit girl. The new scene had her come off a lot like an egghead type who didn't vibe with common social queues; a stark departure from her first appearance, where she seemed like she could read the player like an open book. While the scene would work great for an awkward nerdy-type character, I find Hazel's first encounter far surpasses it in characterization and erotic appeal. All in all, good update, super excited to be supporting what feels like the first promising english furry VN.

Wow, this is a lot of great feedback, thanks! I'm sorry to hear you didn't like the direction with Hazel's second scene, and honestly I can see where you're coming from. I think I kind of shot myself in the foot when I decided to make her a student for the apothecary, as that would mean she HAD to be a bit of a nerd. I tried to keep the nympho elements of her, while making her personality a bit deeper. However, again, I see where you're coming from and when writing Hazel in the future I will definitely keep this in mind. Also, thanks for your appreciation for the amount of writing. I spend every hour I am not at my full-time job working on this, as it's a passion project of mine, which means A LOT of hours just writing dialogue. I'm glad to see your appreciation, and don't worry I will make sure not to burn myself out. Looking at the early results of the poll, it seems people prefer more content in each update with less frequent updates. This means I can spend more time working rather than trying to push out new content quicker, and hopefully I can pace myself better as a result :)

I love the update so far, maybe add chapter skips while in development to help with these reviews. Or I could remember to save in a different slot before starting. After skipping through the story real quick I just noticed that Daisy, Hazel and Roxy have the same short black hair, Lily and Bart's daughter have short blond hair too and Amber doesn't have hair. maybe change the color and length to match their fur? Roxy's fit and Bart can still rock the no hair look. Roxy's scene was cute, but having a sexual encounter with her so soon is a bit much. Amber does show thorough planning about the goblins, but is very hyper, love it. Love Hazel, but her outfit feels off. With here running an apothecary behind a church I was expecting a uniform or lab-ish attire. She wears gloves but not eyewear, that's an OSHA violation. Take you time and enjoy your project.

Hey, thanks so much for the feedback! Regarding the similar hair types, I realized this too while drafting up some new characters (I'm into medium length hair personally so I guess I forgot to include a lot of variety). Although I can't really go back and change existing characters, I am definitely going to keep this in mind in the future and include more variety (hair types like curls, longer lengths, more colors, etc.). Thanks for pointing it out :) Regarding Hazel's outfit, this was something I battled with a lot during development (I maybe should have polled this here looking back). I initially was going to give her a labcoat, but given the title was 'apothecary' and I had a very small-town village theme going, I didn't want to break the immersion by giving her a modern day lab coat. I played around with aprons and stuff, but then it became too similar to previous designs like with Bart and Daisy. I ended up going for the blue shirt since not only would it fit an everyday look for Hazel, but it could also work in the lab since it's a long sleeve (although the goggles were a good callout haha). Overall, although it would probably be impossible to make these changes to existing content given how long they took, these are all great tips for me to keep in mind in the future. I will definitely be polling more often too on new character designs, and keeping a lot of your suggestions in mind! And I may even change up Bart's daughter's look now that you mention! Maybe give her a ponytail or something for a 'girl next door' sort of vibe. Thank you again :)

I have to say that your game is one of the best I've played in this style. The calm, romantic atmosphere of the universe. I like your idea of putting in a little story for the little village where our character is. But I must stress that the humor, especially in the latest update, is very present and often makes me laugh and smile, and it's very well integrated without getting in the way of the eroticism. I must admit, however, that I didn't like the second road with Hazel too much, but it's still funny humor. I'm already looking forward to the next update and I must admit I wonder if there will be moments with a little more action and that would be great. Plus I wonder if you plan to do any scenes with males in the future? In any case, your game is great I love it !
