Devlog #8 — Mystic Lust v0.8.0 Available for Arcane Adept Members + v0.8 Roadmap (Patreon)

Hello, everyone!

I’m stopping by to let you know that Mystic Lust v0.8.0 is now available for Arcane Adept members.

Since not everyone will have access to the previous post, I’ll also leave a quick summary here of what is being added throughout the v0.8 update cycle.

Now that the main characters have their repeatable sex content, I can start working on new reactions and behaviors based on their stats. Their portraits and dialogue will change depending on things such as their Lust level and favorite sexual activities, making their interactions feel more personal and responsive to the player’s progress.

Speaking of new characters, I’m planning to add some of them to the character book and give them their own side quests. However, I want to be careful about expanding the scope of the project too much.

I don’t want to work on Mystic Lust forever, so these newer characters probably won’t receive a huge number of scenes. Still, I want each of them to have at least a few meaningful interactions, quests, and scenes.

The main focus will continue to be the current cast, especially Rose, Emilly, and Morgan.

We’ll also have the next combat lesson with James. This will move his story forward and finally introduce his wife.

Coming in v0.8.x

New character behaviors and portraits based on their stats

New repeatable dialogue options that allow you to ask the current characters to do certain naughty things, such as showing their breasts or ass

More portraits for the current characters

New portrait animations to make conversations feel more fluid

Meet James’s wife and progress their story

Add some of the newer characters to the character book

New side quests for some of the newer characters

A poll to decide which side character’s story should be developed next

A new sprite for Jacob
