📜#28 — Grand Utopia Express: a new era on the roads (Patreon)

Hello dear Utopians,

Today, I'm pleased to introduce Grand Utopia Express, the official VTC of Grand Utopia! I'm sure you're familiar with the name. The company has already been present on the map for many years, as a playable business. Right from the start, I had in mind the idea of one day turning it into a fully-fledged VTC. A VTC that fully represents the world of Grand Utopia.

Well, that day has arrived. 👀

⊢ A VTC TO BRING PEOPLE TOGETHER AND SUPPORT THE NETWORK

The aim of Grand Utopia Express is simple: bring together Grand Utopia & Grand Utopia of America enthusiasts, as well as all those who like to ride on full-scale maps, within a common, coherent framework.

With this VTC, we'll be able to do more than just ride. It will serve as the basis for organizing official events, in particular in connection with Utopian Road Stories add-ons, but also for structuring a real activity around transport. The idea is to offer personal and community goals, with precise progress tracking, similar to the World of Trucks events organized by SCS Software.

Each delivery will no longer be just an isolated journey, but a contribution to something more global. Whether it's to achieve common goals, take part in an event or simply drive the VTC business forward, your missions will now have a direct impact on the way you experience Grand Utopia. 😄

⊢ OPERATION AND COMMUNITY SPACE

To ensure clear, consistent monitoring of GU Express' activity, we use the Trucky platform, which enables us to centralize statistics and gain a global view of the company.

⚠️ In keeping with the spirit of Grand Utopia, only missions carried out on 1:1 scale maps will be taken into account. This ensures consistency of performance and a uniform experience for all. VTC remains open to all motivated players. The idea is not to impose constraints, but to offer a structured, immersive framework in which everyone can participate at their own pace, according to their own desires.

GU Express also aims to become a real player in the utopian economy. Occasional partnerships with other Grand Utopia VTCs may be formed, notably for special missions or events linked to URS episodes.

Finally, a dedicated Discord category has been added to the Grand Utopia server. It is the official rallying point for VTC members: exchanges between drivers, organizing sessions, monitoring events and preparing special missions. For the benefit of the entire community, part of this category remains hidden by default. When you join the VTC, you'll get a specific role that gives you full access to all the shows dedicated to Grand Utopia Express.

⊢ JOIN GRAND UTOPIA EXPRESS AND HIT THE ROAD🚛

If you'd like to find out more about GU Express, how it works or how to join the VTC, I've put together all the info you need on the dedicated page of the website. 👇

Don't hesitate to take a look, and maybe we'll see you soon on the roads of Grand Utopia.
