Im sorry to keep bothering you and asking but I really hope Persian food can come soon! Bastani is Persian ice cream great for the summer it has saffron, rose water, and pistachios. Salad shirazi is another great summer salad with cucumbers, onions, and tomatoes. And kabab koobideh is beef kabab served with grilled tomatoes over buttered saffron rice! Not to mention ghormeh sabzi (lamb and herb stew), fesenjan (pomegranate, walnut, and chicken stew), Persian breakfasts like naan paneer (bread and cheese) with tomatoes, cucumbers, and walnuts, and chai (Persian tea, served with sugar cubes). Fun fact: Ice cream and cookies were originally invented in Iran. And the words “kabab”/“kebab”, “paneer,” “naan,” “biryani,” and “sabz” all originate from Farsi/Persian, even though they’re usually attributed to Turkey and India.

That's wonderful! I was hoping for this in my last comment. I'm absolutely thrilled. To me, you're one of the best creators out there. I love you so much!

Aw yay that makes me so happy! Naan paneer with gojeh (tomato), khiyar (cucumber), and some walnuts omg best breakfast ever! Even just a great snack. And I recommend adding some salt and black pepper to the tomatoes and cucumbers. Unfortunately produce in the U.S. is super risky right now but I’ve been craving it so much. It’s my favorite summer snack! Edit: Forgot to add that people should definitely use Persian cucumbers if they have them. Way less bitter and the skin is soft and edible, it’s not tough like English cucumbers which need to be peeled.
